PROTECTED STRUCTURE-The development will consist of construction of a 2 storey Primary Care Centre including and onto the east of an existing protected structure ref. 4058 known and indicated as Block A, St. Michael's CBS, containing entrance hall, waiting areas, treatment, administrative and staff facilities, plant rooms, site works including roads and footpaths, open screened rooftop plant enclosure, underground car park comprising of 72 spaces and landscaping areas, measuring a total of 2,655sqm in area.
