Storytelling course starts locally

Have you got a story to tell?
Maybe you have a story about
your area, your community or yourself.
Or maybe you just like listening to stories!

If so
Ballyfermot/Chapelizod Partnership and the Canal Communities Partnership are organising an 8 week programme for people who live in the Ballyfermot, Cherry Orchard, Chapelizod, Bluebell, Inchicore, Kilmainham, Islandbridge and Rialto areas.

It is free to take part.

A facilitator will work with the group over 8 weeks looking at;

v storytelling,
v using drama and photography,
v talking about your area and community,
v Music,
v Discussions.

So if you like telling stories, want to get involved in something a bit different and want to have some fun, then this is for you!

It will take place every Wednesday, starting on the 20th October, in the Ballyfermot Family Resource Centre between 6pm 8pm. People with Disabilities are especially welcome.

The 78A bus route stops just across the road or the 79 and 79a leaves you within a five minute walk
