Oblates school triumphs in PC competition

Congratulatins to the Oblates national school which has been selected as winner of the Tesco computer room makeover competition.

Pupils won the award against national competition after explaining why the school deserved the prize, valued at 30,000. Artwrok, photos, poetry and prose were all used to woo the judges., who described the entry as exceptional.

The prize involved the complete refurbishment of the existing computer room. The new equipment will be installed over the summer holidays to avoid disruption.
