Irish Rail consultation on Dart Underground Project, December 1stDate: 1st Dec 2009
Irish Rail have organised a further consultation on its plans for an underground Dart line through the area. This takes place on Tuesday, December 1st, in the Hilton Hotel, from 5pm to 8pm. Local residents might remember the last "consultation" held by Irish Rail in this venue last April, which was followed by a lengthy meeting in the CIE Sports and Social Club over the summer. So it will be interesting to see whether, and to what extent, Irish Rail has taken on board the concerns of residents in the earlier consultations. The event in the Hilton is one of four being organised at this time, so if you're not free to go to this one, you could always pop into one of the other consultation evenings.
